When you say put down funds do you mean the initial investment made?
The real indicator will be if EcoPro make their investment on the back of the PFS of the DBU or do they wait until the UBU is also complete?
There are a couple of scenarios that will have a material impact on the SP near term one being a funding arrangement on the back of the PFS DBU, that would add to the current market cap significantly.
However, if there is no investments from the likes of EcoPro and BSX needs funds that will clamp the SP at around these levels for quite some time.
