Time is going to tell but you would think a company with around $ 20 million cash with company making updates to come in the near term , they are going to need a Captain . With so many biotech's performing so well , OSL should be performing much better . Volume today was nothing to get excited about but could be a start of some momentum . It could get interesting for investors or traders.
