Some facts in this, but zero perspective from a macro point of view.

True, CPH (and the rest of the cannabis industry) performed poorly in the last 3-4 years. This has been discussed to death.

    That's the past.

The present? Global regulatory conditions have improved drastically in the last 8 months. CPH has expanded to include an entire new industry, psychedelics.

A few vocal individuals keep harping on about perceived issues with CPH and its management. The solution? A major merger, new management. Company transformation. Complain and whinge about the past all you want - much of it is warranted. But don't ignore the present, or the future prospects.

The company is shedding its past and completely transforming into something new. The ultimate solution to your "problems". With Bruce Linton on the BOD, an industry heavy weight and proven multi billion dollar company maker, we're in good hands.

Also, the merger = A$48million cash in the coffers. They're talking about acquiring US companies now, as part of North American expansion and rapid THC sales. Couldn't be further away from your claim that "They have less than a year of cash based on current free cash flow."

    Keep day trading bud.
