Wonder if Merck offered stock with a restriction that it must be held for a year if we could we get one share of Merck for each Ys share of IMMP and would management accept?
If EFTI hits a billion a year in profits this will be a bargain price. A stock acquisition will leave cash available to fund multiple areas for research simultaneously allowing use in for all sorts of indications. If EFTI flops then Merck stock might take a hit but stock swap would limit their cash loss.
