Will 90 mg eftilagimod dosing outperform all other therapies?
We don’t know how good eftilagimod is because it hasn’t been given at doses that cause side effects unlike checkpoint inhibitors.
What about 120 mg or 180 mg dosing?
Based on mechanism of action high dose eftilagimod with a checkpoint inhibitor may provide sustained remissions that we have yet to see with any other therapies
