Any deal of any kind within the next 24 months is not a win win, but a win (pharma) lose (shareholders). Any such deal may be a win for MV too in terms of corporate success but still a lose for shareholders, specially retail. I would oppose any deal that does not recognise future value of IMM products in ongoing manner not upfront payment. And the situation will be ripe only after 24 months, if not 36, and in the meantime the market WILL improve proportionately.
