Tuts ,I am way out of my depth here,would you not think a deal somewhat similar to the Merck,Seattle Genetics agreements be reasonable to progress EfTi more rapidly.

Off the top of my head,I think the deal size was 4.5bfor there phase 2 drug.It consisted of .600 million upfront 1b equity stake up front at a good premium to market.About 2.6b in development milestones and sales milestones.And excusiivity still retained by Seattle Genetics in some countries.
As I said I’m way out of my depth and i may have misinterpreted some details in the agreement above ,but you get my drift .
