I think you may be missing one level of complexity when you say IMM management is not silly to sell the company cheaply. While they will not sell it for peanuts (well, with on CR they just did that), given what we know of the management, SOECIALLY Marc Voigt, it IS ABSOLUTELY plausible that they may under-sell it, even at a price that may look like good premium at a first glance, if there is corporate success opportunity for them. We have known this for a long time that retail shareholder value does not rank higher than corporate success for IMM management.
I just hope there will be the mimimum10% hard core holders who will block any move that does not reflect the potential value of the company deservedly, and that may ultimately make it a target of opportunistic takeover.
