Remember back to around September 2013 when Prima Biomed was in a bad situation after the Cvac results were released and the market didn't like it. Then a few weeks later an agreement with Neopharm was announced. Although nothing did come of that agreement, we didn't know of it until it was announced to the market.
Any discussions that are taking place now, are very secret and we won't know until it is announced to the market. Our management aren't going to agree to any low offer. Immutep management are very switched on and been around biotech a long time. Big Pharma also are very switched on and know that Immutep management aren't cowboys.
