Immutep have structured their patents to accommadate 2 big pharma companies,BMS (Opdivo), Merck (keytruda)...
Smart strategy from immuteps management, real smart, I certainly don't see a holus bolus takeover but the possibility
of "piecemeal" deals with the protection of Imm patents expiring 2036...notably HNC and NSCLC and also don't forget
their are other patents expiring 2036 re a couple of chemo treatments in place ...
Hard going with the markets at the moment but hold on to your hats IMO, about to change..
