people with no money and large mortgage don't buy this kind of spec stock! It's for those with enough cash to put aside for this one and wait patiently for the high risk/reward such a spec offers. There are always a few bunnies who jump in when they see it fly and jump out as soon as there's no news for a while. The rest of us know what we are waiting for.
