Micro-X is an ASX-listed, hi-tech company that is commercialising disruptive applications of its unique proprietary X-ray technology in healthcare, defence and security globally. As previously flagged to the market, the Board is actively managing its board renewal process as a number of long serving Director/s terms will end in the near future. The Board is now seeking to appoint highly accomplished individual/s to complement the existing talents of the highly experienced, skills-based Board of Directors.

Applications are encouraged from appropriately qualified and experienced senior executives and non-executive directors. Demonstrated experience including commercialisation, complex manufacturing, international market growth, medical technology, research and development, institutional investment and capital markets, and ASX dynamics will be well regarded. Amongst the higher level attributes sought will be exceptional leadership, communication, commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement. Personal authenticity, coupled with a genuine affinity with the Micro-X vision, is essential.
