I haven't seen any commentary but it looks like their calculations go something like this:
Revenue: $50M (trailing twelve months or FY24)
P/S Ratio: 5
Market Cap: $250M ($50Mx5)
RCEL Shares Outstanding: 25.7M
RCEL Price: $9.70 ($250M/25.7M)
AVH Price: $3.03 ($9.70/5/0.643)
Basically, they're factoring in zero future revenue growth. Therein lies the opportunity if one believes they can do better than that.
