They're one step above used car salesman.
The market ascribes plenty of value for CMMs Mt Gibson development project.
There is an expectation that CMM will largely finance Mt Gibson using Karliwinda cashflows.
Karliwinda is a completely different style of operation (large mill, low grade open cuts vs small mill high grade undergrounds).
The best comp would be PNR Norseman Project.
