This is what I'd come up with earlier in the day.

Let's say Simon manages to extract and process ore from Pepper and NN at an annualised run-rate of 1.3mtpa. Let's also presume their maiden high-grade reserve will be at least 1.3 million ounces at 7gt @ a cutoff grade 1.6gt (5.5-year LOM).

NN/Pepper Underground
1.3mtpa * 7gpt = 9,100,000g
9,100,000g / 31.1 = 292,600 oz
292,600 * Recovery 92% = 270,000oz recoverable
270,000oz * $3,650 = 985 million revenues
Operating Cost = 1.3mtpa (ore processed) * 1.6gt (cutoff grade) = 2,080,000g
2,080,0009 / 31.1 = 66,900 oz
66,900 * $3,650 = 245 million
245 million operating costs / 270,000oz = AISC $907 per ounce
Operating Margin Per Ounce $3,650 - $907 = $2,743
Annual Operating Cash Flow = 270,000oz * $2,743 = $740,610,000

ALK Roswell mine has 1.3gt Resource cutoff and 1.6gt Reserve cutoff grade.
Figuring NN/Pep Reserve cutoff grade will be something similar to Roswell being that they are geometrically similar orebodies mined using the same LHOS method.

Roswell underground is expected to be mined at a rate greater than 1.1mtpa.

Roswell mining widths tend to pinch in a little more in certain spots and the average width is a little less than NN ore body. Roswell has more strike (600m vs 450m NN/PP combined).
I feel like 1.3mtpa run rate at NN/PP seems pretty doable with the benefit of our wider mining widths.
Can't wait to see Spartans DFS.
I think some people will be seriously surprised at how much money this mine could potentially make.
