observed it first hand this morning , went to pick up a resealed hydraulic FEL cylinder , walk in to the young sole operator's workshop see him having an argument on the phone with his supplier who will not ship him parts as he owes $700.00 to them yet he buys $7000 in parts from them a month.
(So much for 30 day terms )
Supplier's head office in China and a subsidiary of another company, Jeff is contracted to the supplier to only buy from them
