I have also said if the sales aren't there by q3/q4 this year then the NCCN guidelines are just guidelines and not the silver bullet we had all thought it would be ..... time will tell .

i think I speak for most of us on this forum- it probably is time for you to sell and move on ....or wait until q3/q4 and see the results - either way is fine- but do try to not be such a broken record .

great post BBic and to the point on several matters.. especially about where Ric's focus was .. very scary stuff the more you think about it....

re the NCCN and just what the guidelines actually "mean" in the real world of Doctors and hospitals and daily practice.... I would offer anyone who is wondering/concerned about that to join the next 4C call and ask Parmjot directly for a run down of that.. and as said on here before .. the "guidelines" are that strong in how they are viewed and treated in medical world the reality around this is the reason why all the insurers are now providing coverage.. and that means sales.. means $$$ .. means shareholders win ..

in medical world there is no mandate or regulation for treatments.. like say a speed limit on a road.. everything is guidelines or best practice.. and doctors have a choice around the treatments they offer.. but in reality the guidelines are what drives daily practice..
