At 10.55 a investor sold over 2 million in 1 large dump. I still think our Directors should buy some more shares it is the single most important thing that gives confidence to shareholders instantly. I also believed at the time we diluted our shares on issue by 40,000,000 more than we needed to with the cap raising. We now have way more than we need to complete Federation and have it up and running. If our Director's did a share buy back and spent only $2,200,000 they could eliminate 20 000 000 shares of our shares on issue which would benefit all shareholders immediately. With our share price so undervalued if is the best investment advice AMI could do with excess cash at this moment in time. In 6 months time and onward our share price should be higher and any share buy backs will not be worth it. Our previous Director's basically owned no shares or very little shares at the time. So issuing massive amount of unnecessary shares at 9 cents ment nothing to them as they had no skin in the game. I personally think we could buy back 40,000,000 AMI shares costing $4,400,000 it would be a great strategy decision looking 2 years ahead having less shares on issue with an even higher share price.Great leadership acting on a undervalued share price do this all the time. Warren Buffet and Boeing are 2 examples.
