I'll have to check my calcs but I expect the price to keep rising. Should get over 5 and stay there for years tbh, there are physical hard limits behind this.
Once it stays high for a few years companies will feel safe to bring new projects online, which will stabilize it. Then again demand side just keeps growing as well...this is not just a supply side issue (though mainly right now it is, long term it won't be)
