I actually don't think they are under pressure doing a move right away. Didn't Prima miss their Phase 3 Endpoint back then? Still a long way to go to get Efti approved and i guess Merck is waiting on the sideline till it gets a bit more clear how things will go on. Funny thing is i did work for Pfizer and managed an joint venture with MSD from a supply planning perspective. To get to this joint venture it didn't even take half a year as both companies have departments who do nothing then scanning the market and arranging deals. As it is still 4 years to go till patent of keytruda expires i am sure they are taking all their time to find the right fit to expand the patent. so for us it means we just got to deliver data data data and keep on doing what we are doing.
