Themselves. Circular trades downwards. Picking up weak hands and stop losses on the way. Keeping a lid on the SP as they see fit, until it doesn't. Rinse and repeat. Accumulate post positive announcement and sell leading into a pending data release. If the data result( how ever good it may be) doesn't result in an approval financially material as income, then it's just good data. Repeat. IMO. Hope I'm wrong.
