I guess that I'm just showing my age and I'm just a cynical type that I doesn't believe in the predictions and fantasy required to sell news stories, there's nothing new, property has had booms and busts before now and will have them in the future
There are only a couple of things I believe as far as investing is concerned and that is "if it's happened before it can happen again" and "Do your own research" other wise suffer the consequences
No one ever said that what the papers print has to be true it just has to sell papers.
