Hi myproblem
Most definitely IMO property will allways be the best long term investment that ordinary people can make.
More millionaires have been made through the property market than any other method
When I look at property that my father looked at, some he bought, some he didn't it really is mind boggling
Like a block of land in Noosa Heads between Hastings St and the beach for 15,000 pound; Dad's comment "It will all wash into the sea"
We all know better with hindsight
But many of the get rich quick mob will be hurt
