I managed to get a bug into the mediation room late last night - they have spent the past two hours fighting over what time the lunch break will be!

Don't get to excited - there won't be an announcement if they reach agreement until such an agreement was signed by both parties - given the busy round of xmas funtions atm - this could take the lawyers some time to write up the document

I am guessing that prior to any announcment that news would leak and we would see sp increase - too many people working on this suit to keep under wraps
