Pre-registered public applications: I just hope they don't keep my cash too long and refund it quickly. Hopefully the direct credit option speeds things up but with a trillion public applications, I can,t see refunds happening quickly.
With the scale backs and probable max capping, preregistered public may only get 5k...so based on 2k plus 15%, there's no point applying for more than 20k per application...just my opinion, do your own guess work.
