Hey Dimaz, i've completed one general public offer (to check process) that was pre-registration through Bell Direct, email back from govt clearly states must be paid for before Nov 14. It seems odd to me that Macquarie can override this somehow?
The Closing Date is expected to be 14 November 2014 however the Commonwealth reserves the right to close the Offer early without notice.
