    I have it in the back of my mind that the broker firms may be clawed back 20% to give it to the mums and dads...who vote....
    that is why the bookbuild is after the closing of the mum and dad retail offer so they can at least appease them the voters ....they then know what is left over for the instos...

    re iterate.....claw back 20% ....increase the allocation to the over subscribed retail offer.....who vote
