    Thought long and hard after I submitted it. Thought just whatever and go for it and apply for as much as I can. I initially was thinking scaleback of 50% but now swaying towards maybe even higher %. I say just apply given application isn't all too challenging and interest on amounts is likely to be about 0.3% for the month while we await the refund. So assuming you put in 100k that would mean 300 in lost interest. If you end up with 20k and it goes up 1.5% that's 300 so you breakeven. From this you can see you need at most 80% scaleback or you are worse off assuming it goes up the 1.5%(IG Grey Markets)
