Whilst it should be, it won't be. They'll want to flog it off at a significant discount, so that the mum and dad voters, not to mention their insto friends, will make some easy dough. Transferring any risk over to the taxpayer is the last thing they'll want.
Hence I'll be buying as many as I (and my partner) can.
