Green Shoe Option of some sort to stabilise the SP in case the market on the day is in dumps!
Good luck on that one. We've seen countries in the past try to hold their currencies up by buying into a falling value - in the unlikely event that the market thinks the value is below issue price they won't be able to do anything about it via a buy back imho.
