    Anyone following this stock. Announcement that Medicare Private and ICS Global have reached an in principal agreement to sign the THELMA user agreement and an equity option agreement. Anyone care to comment on their CEO's media realease where he stated et al "THELMA is "Open for Business" and being rolled out to the industry. ICSGlobal's aim was to position itself and THELMA as a non-aligned, trusted third party that delivered the requisite e-commerce "dial tone" for the health industry. If Medicare is offered equity then what happens to non alignment.
