Possibly should talk about broker firm allocation scale backs for MPL.
Article in SMH I think that said about 605k MPL members hold shares.
Some will be families so assume around 400k families hold shares.
Lets say they each apply for $8000 worth.
This totals $3.2b
Assume float gets done at $4.5b.
Around 30 percent will go to intos or around $1.5 b
This assumes all MPL members who currently own shares apply.
This assumes no one else applies.
Even based on above assumptions the whole float is covered at least once.
Well, the big question is:
What do you think broker firm scale backs will be ?
Worth having this debate so that you can factor this into your broker firm bids .
Any thoughts ?
