Don't get stuck with a bad investment here, technically Medibank Private doesn't belong to the Government, whilst they did lend the founder $10 mill to get it started it was paid back, Medibank Private therefore belongs to the members who should be the only ones entitled to shares, there may well be some litigation down the track on this one it's not like Telstra.
