On a 4 billion float, 40% to non retail?
Divide rest by the preregistered mob[approx a million of us great unwashed], $2400 per person.
Assume Medibank members get a bit of a head start, say $2000, then scale the rest of my assumed $2.4 retail , that would leave approx $1900 per person.

Something has to give?
Are the libs going to want to annoy that many voters by allocating such piddly amounts.
Or are my numbers way out?
