hi katavi. i disagree with your and nani view.the good ipos have increased since the issue e.g. bap, spo, ahy,gma,mtr. Thats atleast 1/2 of the recent ones isn't it?. if you stagged those you would've missed out on huge gains after. Even if you rotated to the next one, whats the difference? Could've easily held the right ones. Even the dividend yield on some of these, add to the capital gains, is massive relative to cash.
there should be no set rules imho, one should be flexible to keep and hold esp when there is value, and sell when there appears to be no value at all.
