Rather than jumping to premature conclusions I would first like to know something about the profitability (or otherwise ) of the broader sector. If that stacks up .... it would then come down to the usual investment time frame and goals. YES the Government is after short term cash. YES it maybe the wrong time for them to do an IPO. But do I care about the Government? Be very cautious here & D.Y.O.R thoroughly.
