Hi urananiumu - the final price depends on the institutional bookbuild. Institutions effectively bid for shares between November 18 and November 20. Retail investors do not know the final price until that bidding and demand is factored in. The "sweetenner" for retail is that they will not have to pay more than $2 regardless of the bookbuild but I cannot see that happening, it would value it beyond $5.5b. The company will debut on the Australian Securities Exchange on November 25.
