Uuum - maybe they have been conducting internal lab tests. Would explain a lot.
Why they keep changing address.
Why they had to engage another company to establish a staged progress of graphite. Couldn't do that themselves - come on.
Now a short time later - looking at a third party to develop graphite. The thought of doing anything themselves must be devastating.
Why nothing notable has been achieved or at least reported in over 3 years.
One could have a lot of fun here but ......
