The concept of an integrated medical service starts with the GP service. Everything else is an add-on.
Sometimes it happens that the sum of the parts is greater than the whole. We might get to see if that applies here. It's not likely to end well for long-term investors.
If they sell off the medical practices on their own, that's the end of the concept. Maybe it was destined to fail or maybe it's been extremely badly managed. Or maybe trying to operate a private enterprise where prices are determined by government is a fool's errand.
