Mac, would be highly strange that you could be in possession of confidential information. Unless directors are freely wagging their chin each time a holder/potential calls up seeking info, I was of the impression they have to zip their mouth.
If you have disputes with Landau, I also find it strange that you would be tracking his interest hoping to make financial gains. And here we are in a small pool with the biggest sharks swimming around. You can't get deadlier than OKAP, Sage/Timis and who know what other entities just waiting for the bait/food to take a dip.
Why not track Malone as well and start participating in his wealth ventures?
This company has "screwed" a lot of holders just like its backers in CFE, African Minerals, AIM listed petroleum (can't remember name). With the type of track record you are in good hands, hope your bottomless pit gets bigger!
