A co-payment is a fantastic idea ... if it helps to keep medicare viable ... far too many people visit a doctor when they don't need to (so a medic mate tells me) ... co-payment should not apply to people on pension though ... too many lefties want Australia to go bankrupt paying for medical costs and illegals etc
