If the review concentrates on better results for patients, it could be a positive for CAJ.
Instead of a knee arthroscopy to examine the knee internally, a scan may be used to give as much information as possible in a non-invasive manner.
Similarly for a colonoscopy.
Imaging technology is advancing and giving greater opportunity to give information to specialists in a non-invasive manner.
I am more confident now that this review will concentrate on the medical effectiveness of procedures, rather than simply trying to cut costs.
