The focus will be medical adequacy rather than effectiveness. For example, x rays can be adequate but more advanced procedures such as an MRI can be more effective because it produces a 3D image. An x ray costs a fraction of the price of an MRI. The review is likely to specify x rays and similar cheap imaging procedures in place of the expensive ones such was MRIs for some medical problems. The review is most unlikely to be a positive for CAJ but as I posted before the SP has already been demolished in anticipation of the review. I think there is a good chance that the review will not be as negative as predicated and we will see a bounce in the SP.
