Like many other sections of our lives, changes have been made which rarely help the people but drown business in red tape with the costs that go with them
The ban on patients not being allowed to approach specialists directly is one of those un-necesary costs
Plus bans on chemists to stop them prescribing simple drugs
Then the practice of introducing "clinics" so as to multi bill patients
In other words the medical system needs a thorough proper overhaul as to how it works
As always some medical people work very hard at making money and others work very hard at looking after their clients
