Ive had several surgeries in the past year. I can only say you should ask questions and understand the procedure and what to expect when you wake up and the recovery process and prepare for it before hand. Make sure you ask what drugs you will get when youwake up and everytime so.eone comes to give you any drug ask them what it is and hat the side affects can be so if you experience them you will know what to expect. Also a sk why you are getting the particular drug.
