Closing date was pushed out by about a month...suspect that it hasn't been easy for them to be raising funds over this time of year, as well as with the market ruckus during Q4.
That said, I'm somewhat interested in this one - besides the thetmatic and growth options available, 100% of existing stock in escrow, if I read it correctly.
