Just as they have with IR laws and GST Labor has destroyed any chance of mature discussion and/or debate on any change to Medicare. There will now be no fixes to Medicare outside of goverment departments - its systems will continue to deteriorate, health costs and medical over servicing will continue. We will never be able to match peoples demand to our ability to supply.
