    You are being very generous in saying that he was defining Medicare privatisation that way. He did let that slip when Sales had him pinned down but in general terms he simply declared that the LNP was going to privatise it.

    His technique was to wear the pain in interviews when pressed and to go full bore with the public when given free rein and to blanket social media, have massive telephone calling and union handouts at places like rail stations.
    It is obvious that the backroom discovered it was resonating and they went for it. I really hope that something comes out of the AFP investigation into the transmission of false claims over the telephone system.
