Morningstar rate this as medium business and price risk stock with a $5 fair value.

Cannot find a bad review on it. Worst one (if you want to call it that) was hold with $4.21 with a 12 months target from investsmart. Current Share price is only $3.38.

Thomson Call at yahoo finance also have a buy/hold on it with a low target of $3.57. Seems cheap to me for a medium risk stock.

Below is a copy and paste from Aegis Independent Equities Research aswell as a couple of links to broker ratings.

Investment View - WTF is a leading online accommodation bookings provider with an approximate 35% market share in Australia, which currently accounts for 10% of all accommodation bookings. The service allows customers to book rooms at a heavy discount and at the same time gives hotels better management of their short-term inventory. The acquisition of Asia Web Direct and travel.com.au broadens the business from accommodation into flights, car rental, insurance, and travel packages. WTF is leveraging accommodation inventory across a wider spectrum of online brands, increasing online reach and adding further value to accommodation providers. Low capex requirements and high operating leverage results in higher free cashflow growth.

    Financial Overview
Growth - Revenue growth will come from continued move of accommodation bookings online and possibly further success in markets outside of Australia. Acquisitions are also planned.

Profitability - EBIT margins are high at 57%. Low capex requirements and high operating leverage results in even higher free cash flow growth

Financial Health - WTF carries no debt and has negative working capital including a free float of customer pre-payments.
