No hypotheses, sorry. This is the CEO who really has his finger on the pulse. The fiasco with the Ore Reserve consultants, metallurgical testing delays etc earlier this year led to a three month delay. There is no excuse for not being in control of simple process. Result: further dilution, loss of credibility and now we sit at < 2 cents. SP speaks volumes. The only way to make money in THR seems to be buy the disappointment and sell the expectation.
